Kirchner:"volvemos por nuestros fueros"
El ex presidente Nestor Kirchner lo dijo durante el acto que realizó aquí en Río Gallegos, en el gimnasio del Boxing Club. En medio del bullicio y aplausos pasó desapercibido, pero al escuchar con atención el discurso grabado en buen audio, se descubre. ¿Acto fallido? O como dicen los abogados…¿a confesión de partes…relevo de pruebas?
Según una de las definiciones de la RAE fuero es “competencia jurisdiccional especial que corresponde a ciertas personas por razón de su cargo”. O bien puede ser entendido como “privilegio, prerrogativa o derecho moral que se reconoce a ciertas actividades, principios, virtudes”.
Que Néstor Kirchner diga que vuelve a Santa Cruz por sus fueros también es una forma de decir que regresa al lugar donde se siente seguro y protegido, a su lugar de origen. Y no es para menos, desde 1987 que detenta un cargo público de las pocas investigaciones que se iniciaron en su contra no llegaron a casi ninguna parte. O como en el caso del ex procurador Sosa, se sacó del medio al funcionario molesto que lo investigaba.
¿Para ustedes, que quiso decir Kirchner con esa frase reveladora?

Néstor dice que vuelve por Por el triunfo en el 2011 en una elecciòn que por primera vez en dos décadas se le presenta complicada. No vuelve para ayudar a la provincia, regresa por los fueros que le garanticen impunidad judicial y lo harà Seguramente como candidato a Senador como Menem y Ramón Saadi, entre otros que dejaron hhuellas en su paso por la gestión y necesitan una justicia amigable pero mas que eso, necesitan la inmunidad suficiente para no tener que enfrentar procesos judiciales. Peralta ya comenzó a padecer el síndrome de Acevedo, le van a poner un vice Kirchnerista, y en la primera de cambio lo arrojan a un costado.

No se entiende qué dice Kirchner en el audio. Es sabido que su dicción no es buena. Algunos medios informaron que dijo “nuestros fueros”, pero otros, que dijo “nuestro pueblo” o “nuestro suelo”. De modo que preguntarse qué quiso decir resulta prematuro, si no se sabe en definitiva qué dijo.
